When will I receive the items I purchased? 

For in-stock items, your order will be carefully packaged and usually can be shipped within 1-2 business days, although occasionally it can take as long as 5 days. To reduce the cost, all items will be shipped from China with ePacket (Occasionally we might choose to use EMS and China Post if we think this will help you get it sooner.) If your product contains sensitive materials such as battery and magnets, it might take about 3 days longer. Shipping times will vary based on your country, peak times (holiday shopping seasons) and the shipping method you chose. For the USA, you can expect ePacket to deliver it within 30 days. But the typical wait time is about 10-15 days. See the chart below for typical wait times.
 

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. A small percent of our packages are shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Order of Shipping for Multiple Items

If part of your order is ready to be shipped before the rest of your order then we will just go ahead and ship items out as they become available. This costs us more, but we want you to get your items as soon as possible.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you for all shipments within 2 business days after placing a successful order. ePacket allows for easy package tracking across the globe and you can use multiple sites like EMSAftership, and 17Track to track your packages.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Distribution Centers Hours

Our Distribution Centers are open Monday – Friday and close during the weekend and holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be handled when staff comes back on the next business day.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

sales@soundthatout.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Currently, we are not shipping to other countries outside the USA for this reason.

Damages

If an item was damaged or stolen before it reached you it is clearly not the fault of SoundThatOut.com. Even so, we will take responsibility for this anyway. For more information, please review our Returns Policy.

Do you ship worldwide?

Not yet. sales@soundthatout.com currently does not ship outside the U.S.

Once we add other countries to access our website purchasing then we will begin by adding Canada, United Kingdom, France, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Netherland, Spain, Ukraine, Brazil, New Zealand, India, South Africa, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Bulgaria, Czech, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Portuguese, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Croatia and Russia.
