Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects for 20 days. After contacting us, you have 30 days to get it to us. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service, we can offer you an exchange or repair. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Merchandise not received.

If your item has not arrived after 30 days (Plus the 2-5-day processing time), then please let us know so that we can refund your order or send you a new item. (Please take careful note of shipping times.)

Damaged Merchandise

We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur. If you receive damaged merchandise, we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us right away, but you can have up to 7 days after receiving your delivery. Please keep all original packing boxes and materials. If the damage or defect cannot be verified over email, you may need to return to us in the USA for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product. If the product is defective, then we will cover all shipping and replacement costs. Email our Customer Service at sales@soundthatout.com.

Sometimes technology can be hard to use, even for professionals. We are here to help- as long as you really did order this product from us. We are happy to assist our customers to get your gadget working properly.

Returns

It’s not broken, but you decided you don’t want it anymore. That’s fine, but the return shipping costs to our distribution center in China are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our Customer Service sales@soundthatout.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Any product that has already been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Support to request a return at sales@soundthatout.com. You must make this request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  2. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
  3. Please include the shipping tracking number and your order ID.
  4. Please provide digital images of damaged or defective products.
